Why do we call Unlit?
Every Unlit lamp begins as a silent form. Whether glowing or still, it holds presence, inviting you to experience its shape, texture, and story, even when unlit.
Delivery and returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Unlit piece, but if you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To start the process, please email us at support@unlit.design with your order number.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your Unlit piece is crafted with care and will be on its way to you within 2-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We do our best to make sure that never happens, but if it does, don’t worry. Contact us at support@unlit.design and we’ll help you with a free return and replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Products
What kind of bulb can I use?
We strongly recommend using LED bulbs. Incandescent bulbs may generate heat that could deform PLA, which is the primary material used in most of our lamps.
