Delivery and returns

Your Unlit piece is crafted with care and will be on its way to you within 5-8 business days. 

Currently, we are shipping exclusively within the United States.

 

What is the return and exchange policy

We want you to love your Unlit piece, but if you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To start the process, please email us at support@unlit.design with your order number.


For exchanges, please return your original item and place a new order for the desired product. We will provide a shipping label via email for your return. Make sure the item is carefully repacked in its original packaging, including all components, to avoid damage during transit.


Please note: if the product has been used, components are missing, or the packaging is excessively damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection, a fee may apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please email us at support@unlit.design with your order number and a clear request.
